Refund policy

REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email hello@cle.ie with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, this right does not apply to sealed products once they have been unsealed or opened. Unopened, sealed products can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of your notice.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method.
